Offshore Rotation – Terms of Sale

Effective from 27.09.2026.

1. Seller and contact

  1. The online shop at offshorerotation.com (the Shop) is operated by K&W Developer Sp. z o.o., ul. Polanki 76/1, 80-302 Gdańsk, Poland, entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0000945508, tax ID (NIP) PL5842812600, REGON 520917517, share capital PLN 20,000.00 (the Seller).

2. Definitions

  1. Customer – any person or entity buying in the Shop.
  2. Consumer – a natural person buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
  3. Digital content – a product supplied as a file (e.g. a PDF ebook) delivered electronically, not on a physical medium.
  4. Consultation service – a service provided by the Seller online (video call, CV review or rewrite, LinkedIn profile review, email support), as described for the given package.
  5. Physical product – a tangible item sold in the Shop (e.g. clothing, accessories).

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device, an up-to-date web browser and an active email address. To open the ebooks you need a PDF reader (e.g. free Adobe Acrobat Reader or a web browser).

4. Orders and conclusion of contract

  1. Product information in the Shop is an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer.
  2. To order, add a product to the cart, fill in the required details, choose a payment method and confirm the order with the button labelled "Pay now" or equivalent.
  3. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.
  4. Prices are final prices including VAT where applicable. Where a price is reduced, the Shop also shows the lowest price from the 30 days before the reduction.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are fulfilled once payment is received. A receipt or invoice is issued for every purchase; a company invoice is issued on request.

6. Delivery of digital content

  1. The ebook is delivered immediately after payment: a download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address given in the order.
  2. The download link may have a limited number of downloads or a limited validity period, as stated in the email. If you have trouble downloading, write to kontakt@offshorerotation.com and we will resend the file.
  3. The ebook is for your personal use only. Copying, sharing, reselling or distributing the ebook or any part of it without the author's written consent is prohibited and infringes copyright.

7. Delivery of physical products

Shipping costs, methods and times for physical products are shown on the product page and at checkout.

7a. Consultation services

  1. The scope of each consultation service, call length and delivery times are described on the page of the given package. Calls take place online (Google Meet or Zoom) in Polish or English.
  2. After purchase, the Customer receives a calendar link by email and books an available slot. The Seller works on offshore rotation, so slots are available in selected periods.
  3. The service must be used within 6 months of purchase. After that period, the Seller refunds the Consumer for any unused part of the service.
  4. The Customer may reschedule a call free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If the Customer does not attend without notice, the Seller offers one new slot; a second no-show means that part of the service is deemed performed.
  5. If a call cannot take place for reasons attributable to the Seller (e.g. an extended rotation), the Seller promptly offers a new slot and, at the Customer's request, refunds that part of the service.
  6. A Consumer may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. If the Consumer requested that the service begin before that period ends and then withdraws, the Consumer pays for the services provided up to the moment of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the Seller has fully performed the service with the Consumer's express consent, given after the Consumer was informed that they would lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
  7. Where a package includes an ebook, section 8(3) applies to the ebook and this section applies to the rest of the package.
  8. Consultations are advisory and based on the Seller's experience. They do not guarantee employment and are not legal, tax or medical advice.

8. Right of withdrawal

  1. A Consumer may withdraw from a contract for a physical product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, by sending a statement to kontakt@offshorerotation.com or by post. The model withdrawal form below may be used but is not obligatory.
  2. We will refund all payments received, including the cheapest standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back. You bear the direct cost of returning the product.
  3. Digital content (ebooks). Under Polish law implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium if supply has begun with the Consumer's prior express consent, during the withdrawal period, after the Consumer was informed that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal and acknowledged this, and the Seller has provided confirmation of that consent. You give this consent by ticking the relevant box before placing your order; confirmation is included in the order confirmation email.

9. Complaints

  1. We are responsible for the conformity of products and digital content with the contract under applicable consumer law.
  2. Send complaints to kontakt@offshorerotation.com, ideally with your order number, a description of the problem and your preferred solution.
  3. We respond within 14 days. If the ebook does not conform to the contract (e.g. the file is corrupted or incomplete), we will supply a conforming file or, if that is not possible, reduce the price or refund your payment.

10. Nature of the ebook content

The ebooks contain the author's information and experience current at the date of publication. Regulations, training prices and employer requirements may change. The ebooks are not legal, tax or medical advice and do not guarantee employment.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy available in the Shop.

12. Final provisions

  1. Contracts are concluded in Polish or English, according to the language version of the Shop chosen by the Customer.
  2. These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive Consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
  3. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures available in their country of residence.
  4. We may amend these Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in the law). Amendments do not affect orders placed before they take effect.
