Offshore Rotation – Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect and why

Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot process an order without the data needed for it.
3. Who we share data with
- Shopify – our shop platform and file delivery app provider (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland),
- payment providers processing your transaction,
- courier and postal companies – for physical products,
- our accounting firm,
- our newsletter provider – Shopify Email.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA or Canada). This is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or with the authority in your country of residence.
5. Cookies
The Shop uses cookies necessary for it to work (e.g. cart, login) and – with your consent given in the cookie banner – analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your consent in the cookie banner settings or in your browser.
6. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects.
