Returns and complaints

Ebooks (PDF files)

You receive your ebook immediately after payment. Before you place your order, we ask for your consent to immediate delivery of the file and inform you that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Confirmation of this consent is included in your order confirmation email.

If the file is corrupted, incomplete or you cannot download it, write to kontakt@offshorerotation.com with your order number. We will send you a correct file or, if that is not possible, refund your money. We respond within 14 days.

Consultations

You may withdraw from a consultation contract within 14 days of purchase. If a call or another part of the service has already taken place at your request, you pay only for the part performed. You can reschedule a call free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Details: Terms of Sale, section 7a.

Physical products

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Send a statement to kontakt@offshorerotation.com (you may use the form in the Terms of Sale) and return the product to: K&W Developer Sp. z o.o., ul. Polanki 76/1, 80-302 Gdańsk, Poland. We will refund your payment, including the cheapest standard delivery cost, within 14 days. You bear the cost of returning the product.
